It is suggested to start with the "Tools For Beginners" material and after that deepen your practice and expand your spiritual growth with the rest of the categories.

If you are a spirit keeper you will find that some of the materials under other categories than spirit keeping, will support your own practice with spirits, so make sure to visit all sections and use the tools and mediations from other categories as well.
